Mr Hosking has over 20 years in the accounting and financial services sectors and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Elders Ltd.

He has previously worked at Nab Ltd (10 years) where he was CFO of the Bank of New Zealand and AWB Ltd where he was responsible for the total financial function globally where he moved Australia’s largest agribusiness from a monopolistic wheat exporter to a commercially driven diversified global agribusiness.

Mark is a creative strategic thinker who has delivered greater transparency and communication of financial results to stakeholders.

Mr Hosking is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
